FROM ROUTE 80 WEST
Take exit 34B: Route 15 North/Jefferson/Sparta
Go through 4 lights ( Approximately 5.2 miles). After the fourth light, stay to the right
Take the exit for 181 N, Lake Forest, Woodport (You will Cross over Route 15)
On the right, take the exit for Route 15 South
Rt 15 Chiropractic Center is located right past the Dunkin Doughnuts in the Jefferson Square Building and before the Bank of America building. It is across the highway from Pathmark.
Parking is in the back.
The office is located on the first floor on the Bank of America side of the Building. Dr Rajeckas is the first door on the left.
FROM ROUTE 80 EAST
Take exit 33. Bear right off the exit to the first Traffic light: Follow the directions for Route 80 West.
FROM THE SPARTA AREA
Take Route 15 South towards Jefferson Township
Rt 15 Chiropractic Center is located right past the Dunkin Doughnuts in the Jefferson Square Building and before the Bank of America building. It is across the highway from Pathmark.
